How and where it is used
Fin plates join a glass fin to the facade structure; splice plates join two glass fins end to end to make longer fins.
How it is installed
- Glass fins are drilled to the plate pattern.
- Clamp plates on both faces with gaskets and bolt through.
Where it is used
- Tall glass facades with glass fins
- Showroom fronts and atriums
Choosing tips
- 300 mm plates for normal fins; 400 mm for heavier or taller fins.
